Another great spanish magazine arrived - Arquitectura Viva. In this issue #122 the xbo is presented in the context of la casa asequible - a very ambitious article series and project presentation on prefab and modular architecture.

Pan-Barentz going north

The Pan-Barentz exhibition curated by 0047 and pikene på broen has traveled to Tromsø Kunstforening. Containing works by interesting artists and architects as Testbedstudio, NORD, BuroMoscow and with a really impressive and interesting catalogue/publication - Northern Experiments - containing the exhibited projects and texts by several reflective people, for instance The Olympic Dream - a spatial paradox and a possible new paradigm by Gisle..

PechaKucha founder and organiser Astrid Klein of KDa with the spring-greetings-from-Tromsø film we sent to Tokyo for their PechaKucha Night #60 yesterday - congratulations from PKN Tromsø! (planning for #6 soon..)

..and yes - that first cherry blossom sequence is only a clin d'œil to japanese spring, the rest of the film contains images of Tromsø spring..
